Written: December 1811
Recorded: September 4, 1812

Deed Book E, pg 2:
This indenture made this day of December in the year of our Lord, one thousand 
eighteen hundred and eleven Between Allen Brock of the one part, Hugh Germany 
of the other part both of Wilson County of State of Tennessee witnessed that 
the said Allen Brock for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred 
dollars in hand paid to him by the said Hugh Germany the receipt where of he 
doth hereby acknowledge hath given granted sell a_______ _______ confirm unto 
the said Hugh Germany his heirs & assigns one hundred acres of land situate 
lying and being in the county on the north side of Bradley's Creek, it being 
part of a tract of one thousand acres granted to Thomas Donoho Beginning at a 
sugar tree runing south sixty six poles to a Buch and ____wood thence North one 
hundred and fifty four to a sugartree, thence seventy thence a straight course 
to the Beginning. Together with all our signitures the privelges and 
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any sense apputaining To have and to 
hold the aper___ tract or parcel of land unto the said Germany his heirs and 
assigns for ever and the said Allen Brock for my self my heirs executors 
administrators & assignes do herby these parcels _____ ____ do hereby these 
present agree to ______ & forever defend the aforesaid hold on parcel of land 
free from all demands or otherwise gifts grants bargains ____ ____ mortgages 
suits, bells band writing obligations Judgments Executors intails bells 
Incumberence of what manner or nature whatsoever that will in anymore obstruct 
or make void this Deed and I the said George A Brock have in my own good might 
full power and lawful author ____ to ____ & confirm unto the said Hugh Germany 
his heirs and assigns forever the aforsaid tract or parcel of land free from 
the just claim or ____ demand or demands of any person or persons what 
character sound and shall & will was said and forever defend the same. In ____ 
where of I have here unto ______ my name and affixed my seal this day and year 
afore written.

This written deed of bargain and sale from George A Brock to Hugh Germany was 
proved in open court by the ____ of Eze Sharp and of the subscribing witnesses 
thereto -----and as _____ by the court to be registerd.

who married Miranda "Mira" Bone. She is the daughter of William and 
Margaret "Peggy" (Lansden) Bone; Margaret being the daughter of Thomas Lansden 
and Anna (King) Lansden.
