Together with all our signitures the privelges and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any sense apputaining To have and to hold the aper___ tract or parcel of land unto the said Germany his heirs and assigns for ever and the said Allen Brock for my self my heirs executors administrators & assignes do herby these parcels _____ ____ do hereby these present agree to ______ & forever defend the aforesaid hold on parcel of land free from all demands or otherwise gifts grants bargains ____ ____ mortgages suits, bells band writing obligations Judgments Executors intails bells Incumberence of what manner or nature whatsoever that will in anymore obstruct or make void this Deed and I the said George A Brock have in my own good might full power and lawful author ____ to ____ & confirm unto the said Hugh Germany his heirs and assigns forever the aforsaid tract or parcel of land free from the just claim or ____ demand or demands of any person or persons what character sound and shall & will was said and forever defend the same.
