Bottoms ==================================================================== Deed Book F Page 15 William Woodward Deed to David Keys, 80 acres This Indenture made this twentieth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twelve between William Woodward of the one part and David Keys of the other part both of the territory of Wilson and State of Tennessee Witnesseth for and in consideration of Three hundred dollars to him in hand paid do bargain, sell and deliver to David Keys certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County aforesaid on the waters of Bradley Creek. Beginning at two hickorys on William Borin North boundary line running thence West – north? said line one hundred & eight & a half poles to a Hickory, thence North one hundred and eighteen poles to a white ash thence East one hundred and eight and a half poles to a stake thence South to the Beginning including ? Woodwards improvement to have and to hold unto him the said Keys, his heirs & assigns forever & I the said Woodward as for myself, my heirs, Executors & Administrators do warrant and forever defend the aforesaid land and premises to him the said Keys, his heirs and assigns forever against the claims of all person or persons Whatsoever.
