Payton two of the acting Justices of the county aforesaid to settle with James Eagan the administrator of Barnabe Eagan decd and to report to next court, We the above named commissioners have met this 4th day of February 1825 at the dwelling house of the above Administrator & after making a full examination do report & say as follows Amount of the above decd estate in the hads of the Administrator are as follows $4192.59 The vouchers are as follows 1. proven account by Jno Eagan 38.12 1/2 2. proven account by Doctor Epes 3.50 3. proven account by Lydia Green 4.50 4. different accounts 47.05 5. account William Walker 1.00 8. account by William Gray 2.50 9. We commissioners allowed to administrator by commissioners for us servers 129.00 The return of the report to court .60 Commissioners fees for their services 2.00 ______ $283.65 1/2 due $3818.93 3/4 After making full examination of all the papers presented by the administrator of the above deceased We do report and say that the administrator stands in debted to the said estate three thousand eight hundred & eighteen dollars & 93 3/4 cents.
