Brown, the third man, gave bond in the sum of $500 this morning. Three more were arrested Saturday night and Sunday. Tom Sinclair, indicted in two cases, gave bond in the sum of $500. S. H. Simpson, arrested in Tyler and brought here yesterday by Deputy John Kelley, and Mingo Spears, colored, are yet in jail, having failed to make bond. Other arrests will doubtless follow. A fine rain fell in the county Saturday. It was needed, but it is clear and warm now, and farmers report the crops booming.
