HENLEY OLD MASON DIES IN PARIS, TEXAS 4 February 1936 Paris, TX: Death of John T. HENLEY, removed from the Masonic Order one of its oldest members in Texas. The Civil War Veteran and former treasure of Laniar County, died yesterday. He would have been 99 on March 16. He had been a Mason since 24 April 1858. Funeral services were arranged for this afternoon with Masonic lodge in charge and the Knights Templar as escort of Honor.
