ROYALL A TRIBUTE February 4, 1936 In the passing of Mrs. ROYALL, Palestine lost an outstanding citizen, until the last three years....ill health, her home had been known as the house of hospitality and a home of happiness that three generations have enjoyed..... It was at the Royall home that the Palestine Public Library started with a reception by Mr. & Mrs. Royall, the card of.... being a book. They were stored in the home until the city gave.... in the City Hall to be used as a library....has grown to the present library....
