STOVALL Funeral services for Mrs. J. M. (Ima) Stovall. 84, of 1102 N. Cedar, will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the Hassell & Foster Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Lowrie and Rev. Theo Johnson officiating. Burial will be in the Concord Cemetery. Mrs. Stovall died Saturday morning. She was born in Salmon, the daughter of George Oliver Smith and Emma Atkinson Smith. She was a member of the Congregational Methodist Church of Elkhart. Survivors include her husband J. M. Stovall of Palestine, two sons, John Herschel Stovall of Shady Point, Okla.; and Edwin Stovall of Montalba; four daughters, Mrs. Clifton (Louise) Williams, Mrs. Raymond (Dora) Russell, and Mrs. Geneva Morvant all of Palestine, and Mrs. Don (Gladys) Armstrong of Buras, La.; a sister, Mrs. Anna Guice of Grapeland; 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Condolence calls will be received at 1102 N. Cedar.
