M. SLAIGHT 17 March 1936 Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the First Presbyterian Church for O. M. SLAIGHT, 65, Senior dispatcher of the IGN Railroad, who died at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at his home 509 East Neches Street.... Mr. Slaight began his railroad career as a crew caller in Palestine at the age of about 11 years.... Survivors include his wife, and one daughter, Miss Shirley Slaight. ***
