Noah Francis Quine was the son of David Edwin Quine and Bessie Mae Goodwin. 
He was married to Lillian Maurine Young. Their children are David, Jean, Dale, 
Robert, and Lisa. Noah served in the US Army during World War II. He was a 
purple heart recipient for wounds he received in Okinawa. His daughter 
reported that he had been hit across the back by a mortar round that fell in a 
foxhole and killed his best friend.
