George W. Simpson was the son of Thomas and Sarah Simpson. He was first 
married to Angelina Margaret Thomason, daughter of Republic of Texas 
supporter Eli Milton Thomason and Mariah Allen. George and Angelina's children 
are John T. and Tiney Bell.

After Angelina died, George married Kansas Manley. This children are Sugar, 
Georgia, Washie, and Hattie.
