MARY MELISSA (SHERRARD) BALLOWE

Services for Mary Ballowe, 92, who died December 21, 1977, in Archer Nursing Home were held December 
23, 1977, in Aulds Funeral Home in Archer City, Texas, with the Rev. Don Youngblood pastor of First United 
Methodist Church, officiating.

Burial was in Archer City Cemetery.

Mrs. Ballowe was born May 21, 1885, in Streetman, TX and had lived in Archer City since 1909.

Survivors include three sons, S.E. of Oklahoma City, Don of Wichita Falls TX, and Leo of Gilmer, TX; a 
daughter Catherine Hensley of Houston TX; 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and three great-
great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Earnest R. and two sons Earnest and Harry.
