(First) I give to my Beloved Son Pedro Lopez Fifty acres of Land off of the West Side of my one Hundred Acre Tract also my gray Horse and Saddle. (Second) I give to my Beloved Son Antonio H. Lopez the Balance of my one Hundred Acre Tract of Land it Being the East Half. This Tract of Land is situated on the Gallinas Creek about 10 miles North of Pleasanton in Atascosa County Texas. I also give to my Son Antonio H. Lopez my Wagon and one pair of mules. I also give to my Son Antonio H. Lopez all of my Farm Equipment and House Hold Furniture of every pescription (sic). (Third) I do Nominate and Apoint (sic) my Son Antonio H. Lopez to be the Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament Without Bond. In Testimony where of I here unto sign my name in the Presents of J. D.
