He was born 1/2/1934 to John and Hazel Snow. Frank is survived by his wife, Joyce Snow; sons, Mark Snow and Frank Snow, Jr and wife. He is also survivied by his brother, Bob Snow and wife Wanda and his niece Diane Snow Bennett. Services and interment were held Saturday, October 7, at 2:00pm at the Oak Hill Cemetery in Smithville with Brother Richard Pruitt presiding.
