Located about 3 miles SE of Belton on FM 1123 on the old 
Huey Farm. Owned by Mrs Marie H. McClurg at time of inventory.

Marker erected by State of Texas in 1936.

Capt. Andrew Caddell fought in  San Jacinto as a private.
Later commanded a company of Volunteers.  He was born in 
North Carolina.  He married Rhoda Doty Caddell.
