Vs. ~Thence S-19W-585 Vs. to an Elm bears N-19 S-10 Vs. ~Thence down the River 
S-57 -260 Vs. to Hackberry bears N-30 E-3 Vs. to another Hackberry bears N-42 
E-8 Vs. ~Thence N-19 E-595 Vs. to an Elm for N.E. Corner ~Thence N-71 W-258 to 
place of beginning, making 25 acres more or less.
Tract #2 ~ Beginning at a Stake for the S.W. corner of this survey from which 
a Plumb tree bears S-40 W-8 1/2 Vs. to a Hackberry bears S-54 E-7 1/2 Vs ~ 
Thence S-71 E-600 Vs. to Oak bears S-82 E-6 1/2 Vs~ Thence N-19E 1060 Vs. to a 
Stake ~Thence N-70W-600 vs. double Elm bears S-19W-6Vs.~Thence S-17W 1060 VS. 
to beginning. 125 acres more or less
