L. Wallace of the County of Bell and state aforesaid, in consideration of the sum of Twenty three & 33 c/ Dollars, to me in hand paid by Charles M. Henderson The reciept where of is hearby acknowledged have GRANTED, SOLD, CONVEYED, and by these present do GRANT, SELL, AND CONVEY unto the said Charles M. Henderson of the County of Bell and State of Texas all that certain Sat (?) tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the County of Bell & State of aforsaid, Being out of the Elizabeth Revrale 322 acre tract apart of the W.C. Sparks League and contains two & one third acres of land., described as full acres to whit, Beginning on the West line of W.C. Sparks League, wheas the right of way of the Mo. Pacific R.R. intersects the west line of the Elizabeth Reveale 322 acres, Thince S. 71, E 40 vs to the Right of way of the Mo. Pacific RR, Thence with the line of said Right of way to the beginning TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described Premises, together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging unto the said Charles M. Henderson his heirs and assigns, forever. And I do hereby bind myself my heirs, executors and administrators, to WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND, all and singluar, the said premises unto the said Charles M.
