AFFIDAVIT BY PUBLISHER OF CITATION

THE STATE OF TEXAS,  County of Bell.

		Before me, the undersigned authority, on this day personally appeared Chas. W. Pile, 
known to me, being by me duly sworn, on his oath deposes and says that he is the publisher of   THE BELTON JOURNAL  a newspaper published in said county; that a copy of the within and foregoing citation was published in said newspaper for at least twenty days before the return day named therein, such publication being on the following date:  March 26th and April 2nd, 1925.  and a newspaper copy of which is hereto attached.
