No. 2090 / Texas. April Term, A.D.1925 On this the 4th day of May 1925, came on to be heard the application for the probate of the last will and testament of J. A. Harrell, deceased, now produced in court, and the evidence, a statement of which is filed in this case, being heard and fully considered by this court; and it appearing to the court that which no objection has been made, and that M. M. Harrell is named and appointed in said will executor thereof, and that he is not disqualified therefore. It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the said last will and testament (and the codicil thereto annexed and attached) of the said J. A. Harrell, deceased, be and is hereby admitted to probate and record and the testimony shall be recorded in the minutes of this court. It is further ordered by the court that letters of administration with the will annexed be granted in this cause to the said M. Harrell, he having first taken the required oath and given bond in the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars. And it further appearing to the court that N. B. Vernon, W.A. McKee and Eli Bailey are citizens of Bell County, Texas, and disinterested persons in said estate; it is, therefore, ordered that they be and are hereby appointed appraisers of said estate to return an inventory and appraisement of said estate into this court, both real and personal property of said estate of said J.
