A. Harrell, / In Probate Court of Bell County, Deceased. No. 2090………/ Texas. August Term, A.D. 1925 On this the 18 day of August, A.D.1925, came on to be heard in the above entitled and numbered cause motion made and filed herein to enter “nunc pro tunc” proofs of will and decree of this court admitting the will of J.A.Harrell, deceased to probate, as of date the 4th.day of May, A.D.1925, which proofs of will and decree were through inadvertence and oversight not spread upon the minutes of this court at the April Term, 1925, of this Court. And it appearing to the Court that said proofs of will were duly executed, made and signed in open court on said date of May 4th 1925, and that said decree admitting said will to probate was duly and regularly authorized and granted by this court on said May 4th.1925, and that through inadvertence same were not spread upon the minutes of this court during said April, 1925, term of this court. The Court is, therefore, of the opinion that said motion to enter same “nunc pro tunc” as of date May 4th.1925, should be, and the same is hereby in all things granted, and the clerk of this court is hereby instructed to so enter said proofs of will and said decree admitting said, will to probate “nunc pro tunc” as of date May 4th. 1925.
