In Re Estate / In County Court of Bell County of J.A.Harrell, Deceased / Texas. August Term, A.D.1925 To the Hon. J.W.Sutton, Judge of said Court: - Now comes Mrs. Mary Harrell in the above entitled and numbered cause and would show the Court that her husband, J.A.Harrell is dead, and that your petitioner heretofore filed application herein for probate of the last will and testament of the said J.A.Harrell, deceased, and for the appointment of M.M.Harrell as executor thereof with the will annexed. That the said M.M.Harrell has failed and refused to qualify as such executor with the will annexed and that there has been no person appointed as administrator of said estate with the will annexed. That citation in this cause has heretofore been duly given as required by law and no further notice being required in this connection petitioner prays that an appointment herein be made as soon as possible in order that fire insurance due to said estate may be collected and adjusted.
