No. 2090. / Texas. August Term, A.D.1925 On this the 18th day of August,1925, came on to be heard the application filed herein for the appointment of W.P.Denman as administrator with the will annexed of the estate of J.A. Harrell, deceased, in lieu of and instead of M.M.Harrell, who was heretofore on the4th day of May,1925 appointed such administrator with the will annexed. And it appearing to the Court that the said M.M. Harrell has wholly failed to qualify as such administrator according to law and filing the bond and oath so required, and that W.P.Denman is a proper and suitable person to act as such administrator and is not disqualified from receiving letters therefore. It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the said W.P.Denman be, and he is hereby appointed administrator with the will annexed of the estate of the said J.A.Harrell, deceased (which will was heretofore on May 4th 1925, by order of this court admitted to probate) and that he be issued letters therefore upon his filing a bond in the sum of #2000.00 and taking the oath required by law. And it further appearing to the court that____________,____Rush and A.J. JMcKay,Jr are citizens of Bell County, Texas, and disinterested persons in said estate, it is, therefore, ordered that they, or any two of them, be and are hereby appointed to appraise the estate, both real and personal of said estate of J.A.Harrell,deceased. The said M.M.Harrell having wholly failed to qualify as aforesaid according to law, the order appointing him, the said M.M.Harrell as administrator of said estate is hereby annulled. J. W. Sutton
