A. HARRELL, Deceased. Mrs. Mary Harrell Has file in the County Court of Bell County, an application for the Probate of the last Will and Testament of said J. A. Harrell, Deceased, filed with said application, and for Letters Testamentary with the will annexed; same being cause No. 2090 on the Probate Docket of said Court, said application praying that M. M. Harrell, or some other proper person be appointed Administrator of said estate with the Will annexed. which will be heard at the next term of said Court, commencing on the 1st Monday in April A. D. 1925, the same being the 6th day of April, A. D. 1925, at the Court House thereof, in Belton, Texas, at which time all persons interested in said Estate may appear and contest said application, should they desire to do so. Herein Fail No, but have you before said Court on the said first day of the next term therof this Writ, with your return thereon, showing how you have esecuted the same.
