Harrell a resident of the County of Bell, State of Texas, being of sound mind and memory and being ? to settle my worldly affairs while I have strength so do make this my last will and testament hereby ? all others heretofore made Items First I will and bequeath to my beloved wife M. L. Harrell all of my household goods to be used and enjoyed by her. Items Second ????? Son, al property save and except my household goods, be decided equally between my beloved sons, M. M. Harrell and Frank L. Harrell and my beloved wife M.L. Harrel. I especially desire that should my wife die before I do that my entire estate shall go to my sons M. M. Harrell and Frank Harrell. Items Third I hereby constitue and appoint my son M.M. Harrell executor of this my last Will and Testament without bond for due and legal performance of the same with power and authority to partition and divide the property both real and personal in accordance with provisions of this Will and in case any part of the same cannot be divided fairly and equally to sell ? of the same and divide the proceeds thereof. Item Fourth I desire that no action be had in the County Court in relation of the settlement of my Will than the Probating and the recording of this Will and the return of an inventory and appraisement.
