Property on hand of said estate liable for the payment of such charges and claims. 	$54.30
One lot in Holland Bell County, Texas is described as follows:  tract Lot No (2) Two Block No (1)
Wilkinson Addition to Holland, Bell County, Texas, of the estimated value of $150.00

All other articles of property claim in inventory except insurance policy and said lot were ordered
delivered to J.A. Harrell’s widow as part of her allowance which has been done.

State of Texas )   Before me the undersigned authority on this day personally County of Bell )   appeared W.P Denman, Administrator of the estate of J.A. Harrell, deceased late of said county 
who after being duly sworn says that the above is a full true and correct statement of the property 
of said estate remaining on hand liable for the payment of the charger and claims against said estate that have been approved as established by suit or that have been rejected and may yet be established by
suit, and the amount due, as claimed to be due on each with the estimated expenses of administration 
as there in stated.
