THE STATE OF TEXAS, County of Bell.

	Before me, the undersigned authority, on this day personally appeared C.C. Watson, known to me, 
being duly sworn, on his oath deposes and says that he is the publisher or printer of The Belton Journal
a newspaper published in said county; that a copy of the within and foregoing Notice of Application for order of Sale – Estates was published in said newspaper for a least 20 days before the return day named therein, such publication being on the following dates – May 13, 20, 27 and June 3, 1926.  and a newspaper copy of which is hereto attached
