      In Re Estate of J. A. Harrell, deceased, W. P. Denman, Administrator

In the county court of Bell County, Texas  in August Term 1926

On this the 9 day of September 1926 came in to be heard in the administration of the estate of J. A. Harrell, deceased the report of sale of the administrator of said estate of the property herein described made in obedience to my order of this court made on the 8th day of June 1926 and entered before the    of this court and it affirming to the court that said report has been filed in this court 
for the time required by law and the court having required unto the manner in which said sale was made and having heard evidence in favor of and against said report is satisfied that the sale was fairly made and in conformity with law and for a fair price:  It is therefore ordered by the court that the said report of sale be a___ the____ is here now in all respects approved and confirmed.  It is further ordered by the court that the said report be recorded by the clerk of this county and that a proper conveyance of the property described therein be made to said Myrtle Crow the purchaser named in said report, upon the compliance with the terms of said sale.
