A. Harrell, Dec’d In county Court of Bell County, Texas. Feb. Term 1927 On this the 16th day of February 1927 came to be considered in the administration of the Estate of J. A. Harrell deceased the final account of W. P. Denman, Administrator of said Estate; and is appearing to the court that due notice has been given of the filing thereof as required by law, the court proceeded to examine said account and the vouchers accompanying the same, and to hear all exceptions and objections thereto, and the evidence in sufficient of and against said account and having fully considered the same the court hereby in all respects approves said exhibit and account and is further appearing to the court that since said account was filed the said administrator has paid taxes due the school district in which said lot mentioned in said account is situated and that said taxes were due and were received by a lien on said lot such payment to the amount of $14.95 being the amount of such taxes is hereby approved and it further appearing to the court that there will be a small balance of said estate remaining in said administrators hands after paying costs of this estate to-wit the sum of $14.35, and it further appearing to the court that J. A. Harrell left a wife and that all the exceptions allowed by law outside of the homestead did not exist the said administrator is hereby authorized to pay to said Mrs. J. A. Harrell said sum of $14.35 to her in lieu of her exemptions allowed by law. It is further ordered by the court that upon the said administrator paying all costs and said sum to said Mrs. J. A. Harrell that he and his bondsmen will be finally released and discharged. Owen P. Carpenter Judge Presiding
