OWEN P CARPENTER, JUDGE OF SAID COURT: - Now comes W P Denman, administrator in the above styled and numbered cause, and shows unto the court that the above estate was indebted to him in the sum of $6.00 prior to the closing of said estate by order of this court, and that in some way, said claim was overlook; that said expense item was duly incurred in the way of expenses and trips by the undersigned in furtherance of the interests of said estate and was never paid; that same constitutes a legal charge and that there is enough money in the hands of said administrator to pay same; and your petitioner prays that same be allowed.
