THE STATE OF TEXAS, To all persons interested in the Estate of J. A. Harrell, Deceased Mrs. Mary Harrell, Has filed in the County Court of Bell County, an application for probate of the last will and testament of the said J. A. Harrell, deceased, filed with said application and for Letters Testamentary with the Will Annexed; that M.M. Harrell or some other proper person be appointed Administrator or said estate with the will annexed, Which will be heard at the next Term of said Court, commencing the First Monday in April, A.D. 1925, at the Court House thereof, in the city of Belton, Texas, at which time all persons interested in said Estate may appear and contest said application should they desire to do so. HEREIN FAIL NOT, But have you then and there before said Court this Writ with you return thereon endorsed, showing how you have executed the same.
