A. Harrell, Died In County Court of Bell County, Texas To June Term 1926 To Hon J.W. Sutton, Judge of said court Now comes petitioner W.P.Denman Administrator of said estate of J.A.Harrell, died and represents to the court that it is necessary to all the real estate belonging to said estate to pay the legal charges and claims against said estate; that the only real estate belonging to said estate is below described and will be insufficient to pay all claims. Your petitioner files with this application an exhibit in writing verified by your petitioners affidavit showing fully owed particularly the charges and claims against said estate that have been approved or established by sit or that have been rejected and may yet be established the amount of each the estimated expense of administration and all property remaining on hand of said estate liable for the charges against said estate and liable for claims against said estate. Wherefore your petitioner prays that citation be issued and served as required by law, and upon a hearing that an order be issued by the court authorizing your petitioner to sell for cash at private sale the following described lot tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the town of Holland in Bell County, Texas and more particularly described as follows tract Lot No (2) Two Block No (1) One Wilkinson Addition to Holland Bell County, Texas, for the purpose above stated.
