In Re Estate of J.A.Harrell, Deceased, W.P.Denman Administrator.
   In the County Court of Bell County, Texas
   To June Term 1926

   To Hon Jesse Sutton, Judge of said Court.

Now comes W.P.Denman Administrator of said estate and here now reports to the court that in obedience 
to an order of sale made by this court on the 8th day of June 1926 he did on the 6th day of August 1926
at Holland in Bell County, Texas at private sale sell to Myrtle Crow of Bell County, Texas as the
following described property belonging to said estate, track Lot No (2) two in Block No (1)of the
Wilkinson addition to the town of Holland, Bell County, Texas for the sum of ($101.00), one hundred and
one dollars, all cash.

Said property so sold is the same property described in said order of sale and same was sold in
accordance with the terms therein contained and was sold for the best price obtainable therefore and
after diligent efforts to sell the same and was sold for a fair price.
