April Term 1868

James Morris Estate
	The application of Mary Ann Morris for this ? of  ? to inventory and appraise this community property of herself and her late husband James Morris, deceased and that when an inventory and appraisement of the same shall have been made  filed approved and recorded that she have control of the same as promised by Law ? on to ?  and  ? appearing to the court that the same was community property.
			It is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed by the Court that Wilson ?, John O.
Clark and Michael Anderson be  ? hereby appointed appraisers to inventory and appraise same Estate 
and that they ? due ? thereof as required by law and that when said inventory and appraisement shall have been ? filed ? and ? that Said ??? have control of said property as ? ? by law. And the said appraisers having  / here filed an inventory and appraisement of said ??? the same ? ??  by the Court and ordered to be ?.

W. G. Furgeson Estate
	Ordered by the Court that this case be continued.

Tabitah Dallas Estate
	The appraisers of said Estate having filed an Inventory and Appraisement thereof the same was
appraised by the Court and ordered to be recorded?.
