January Term 1868

To sell the same
    It is therefore ordered by the Court that said administrator of the  ? given ? as required by 
law  ?  to sell to the highest bidder for cash and his residence on Saturday the  ? day of February 1868 the personal property belonging to Said Estate and that he make  ? return thereof to this Court.

Tabitha Dallas Estate
  The application of  A. J. Dallas for appraisers to inventory and appraise the community property 
of himself and late deceased wife, T. Dallas and that after filing said Inventory and apprais….. and the same has been approved that  he have entire control of said property as in such cases made and provided by law and that Same coming on to be heard and is appearing to the Court the notice of the filing of said application had been given and ?  ? appearing to show cause why the same should not be granted.
		It is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed by the Court that A. J. Evans, J. C. 
Armstrong, and Otto MacKinsen by and are hereby appointed to Inventory and appraise the property belonging to said Estate and that when Said Inventory and appraisement shall have been filed and approved by the Court that said A. J. Dallas have entire and exclusive control of said property 
as provided by Law.
