BERRY SMITH GREEN
TEMPLE, Tex., Sept. 12.--Berry Smith Green,
aged 74 years, died here yesterday at the
residence of his son, John Green, and funeral
services were held yesterday at the residence
of his son, John Green, and funeral services
were held today, interment occurring here.
Decedent came here from Fannin County about
four years ago. During the war he served as a
soldier in the Confederate army and the pall-
bearers at his funeral today were all veterans
of the Lost Cause.
