Dec 29,-- Funeral services were conducted this afternoon for Mrs. Amanda M. Green, a respected past octogenarian of this city, whose death occurred at the home of her son, J. L. Green, a Santa Fe railway conductor, Tuesday night. Deceased had attained the ripe old age of 83 years. A native of Georgia, she came to Texas with her husband over 60 years ago, having resided continuously in the state ever since, the past 14 years of her life having been spent in Temple.
