Mayo was called to her reward Wednesday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. O.L. Cowsert. Funeral services were conducted at the family residence Wednesday afternoon and the body laid to rest in the Bartlett cemetery. Rev. T.H. Burton conducted the services. Seven children survive her, all of whom were here at the time of her death. They are: Mrs. O.L. Cowsert, Bartlett; Mrs. J.C. Smith, Rogers; Mrs. B.L. Chidress (Childers), J.W. Mayo, Abilene; Mrs. W.D. Hooks, Granger; G.W. Mayo, Sulphur Springs; and L.D. (J.D.) Mayo, Greenville. Also a brother, J.M. Dickey, of Rogers.
