Contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Daniel Camacho December 9, 2001 ************************************************************************ Killeen Daily Herald, April 1992 Ada Trevino Funeral services for Ada Trevino, 70, of Killeen will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Killeen with Henry Camacho and the Revs. Wendell Dunn, John Abbey, Toby Gonzales, Charles Belville, Lindon Petty and M.W. Lambert officiating. Burial at Killeen Memorial Park will follow the service. Mrs. Trevino died Friday at a Killeen hospital. She was born on Oct. 27, 1921, in Taylor, Texas. She married Gene Trevino in 1942, and moved to Killeen in 1950. Mrs. Trevino was employed at Sims Cleaners for many years. She was member of Bethel Church and was elected church mother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Trevino in 1976; one son, Manuel "Juggie" Trevino in 1971; and one grandchild. Survivors include two daughters, Janie Richards of Copperas Cove and Bittie Swarick of Killeen; two brothers, Henry Camacho of Killeen and Dan Camacho of Austin;three sisters, Kate Barron of Taylor, Connie Lozano of Killeen and Sara Jimenez of Kansas City, Mo.; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
