To any Ordained Minister of the Gospel, Judge or the District or County
Court, or Justice of the Peace:

You, or either of you, are hereby authorized to solemnize or join in the

HOLY BONDS OF MATRIMONY

in accordance with the laws of this State, and that you make due return
of this, your authority, to my office, in Sixty Days from the date
hereof, certifying how you have executed the same.
