To any ordained Minister of the gospel, Judge of the District Court, or Justice

of the Peace:

	You, or either of you, are hereby authorized to solemnize, or joined in 
	
	the Holy bonds of MATRIMONY

	B. F. Goats and Miss V. A. Payne

in accordance with the Laws of this State, and that you make due return of this,

your authority, to my office, in sixty days form the date hereof, certifying how

you have exected the same.

	GIVEN under my hand and seal of this County, this 9th day of June 1879
