Oliver H. Barker
    SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- Oliver H. Barker died Sunday, Dec. 1, 2002, at
Compass Rehabilitation Center following a brief illness.
     Born in Mendota,Va., he was a son of the late Oliver H. and Ethel Barker.
He retired from the U.S. AirForce as a chief master sergeant after 25 years of
service. He was the widower of Anetha Myrle Barker.
     Surviving are three sisters, Peggy Potter of Blountville, Orpha Jean
Gibbons of Daytona Beach, Fla., and Mary B. Tate of Bristol Virginia.
     The funeral service will be held Thursday in San Antonio.
