Charles Chester Smith was born Dec 18 1919 in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas 
and died January 17 1992 in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.  He married 
Lillian P. Smith (Feb 13 1919 Blanco County, Texas - Nov 6 2000) on Mar 11 
1939 in San Antonio, Bexar county, Texas.  He served in the US Navy during 
WWII aboard the USS Tennessee.  During his marriage he had one child.  He was 
a Sheet & Metal Worker and received a savings bond for an idea he had while 
working for Brown & Root in Houston, Texas before he joined the Navy.
