Ranch gate on right after crossing the River is usually locked. The cemetery is surrounded by a 4 foot chain link fence with unlocked gate and has two large Ashe junipers and a small Laurel tree inside the fence. According to Bryan Moore, the children were killed in an Indian raid. Regarding the graves of the two Blassingames killed in the mob action following the deaths of James Callahan and William Maulheel Johnson, it is not known which is the grave of the father, Woodson Blassingame and which is that of his son Calvin.
