There are a lot of sunken graves, broken, & unreadable stones here 

Located on the Hill View Ranch,owned by George BOUTWELL;
This cemetery was originally on the land owned by William GARY.
It was later sold to the POOLE family, & has been known for many
years as the Poole Cemetery.  Through the efforts of
Elizabeth TORRENCE, a POOLE descendant, the cemetery has been renamed
in honor of the first settlers & owners of this piece of land.
The cemetery sits in the middle of a cattle field & is a knob or small
hill covered by cedars. The Boy Scouts of that area have recently
built a fence around the cemetery to keep the cattle out.
