The Russell - French Cemetery is found by taking Hwy 6 to Iredell.
Turn on FM 1238 toward Cransfills Gap.  Go about 4 miles and turn
onto a caliche road for about 2 miles.  There is a gate on the right
leading into a pasture.  About 1/4 mile into the pasture is an
ornamental iron fence around the French graves. Permission and a
guide is need to enter this cemetery. The land is owned by H.A. Burden
