Payne Farm Lots No. 22, 23 and 24 Containing 25 Acres out of the Kimball Bend Estates ____________________________________________ State of Texas: County of Bosque: Know all men by these presents that T. G. Yarborough of the County of Bosque for and in consideration of Nine Hundred Dollars Cash to me in hand paid the receipt of which is fully acknowledged and confessed in W.J.Payne's notes of even date with this testament - one at twelve months after date, the other at two years after date, both payable in species and bearing Interest at the rate of ten percent per annum - I have this day agreed to sell to him the following described tracts or parcels of Land lying being and situated in the County of Bosque - State of Texas and known as Surveys No. 22 (twenty-two) No. 23 (twenty-three) each containing Ten Acres of Land and Survey No 24 (twenty-four) containing (five acres) 5 acres of land making in all Twenty-five acres - agreeably to a plan of the same as made by Henry M. DeCordova and which is duly recorded in the County Clerks office in Meridian to which reference is hereby and hereunto made and is declared part and parcel of this contract-on the payment of all which notes and the interest, thereon - lien being set and on said land until final payment. I do hereby bind myself, my heirs and administrators to make a Warranty Title to the aforesaid Land to W.J. Payne, his heirs and assign.
