LUPTON his wife, of the County of Comanche and State aforesaid, in consideration of the sum of Eleven hundred Dollars, to us paid by WALTER TIMMS of the County of Bosque and State of Texas, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have Granted, Bargained, Sold and Conveyed, and by these presents do Grant, Bargain, Sell and Convey, unto the said Walter Timms, his heirs and assigns, the following described property to-wit:________ Lot No. 6 in Block No 16 situated in the Town of Kimball in Bosque and state aforesaid, together with all and singular the rights, members, improvements, heriditaments, and appurtenances to the same belonging, or in anywise incident or appertaining.
