Know all men by these presents that I, John H. Huston, have this day
released all claims against L.R.Lufton and wife having received the
amount due me for which I held Mortgage on Lot No. 6 in Block 16 in
Kimball for Three Hundred Dollars which same has been paid in full in
witness whereof I have this day affixed my hand and seal this 17th day
of Aug. 1874.

in and for Bosque County, Precinct No. 2, personally appeared J.H.
Huston, to me well known, who acknowledged the execution of the
foregoing conveyance for the purposes and considerations therein stated.
Given under my hand and official seal this 17th day of August 1874.
