Beginning 290 vrs(?) N 60 E from the N.W. corner of Divison (sic)Survey
N 67 of the Kimball Bend Estate a Pile of rockes (sic) Thence S 65 E
248 vrs(?) a Pile of rockes (sic) in a Branch Thence down said Branch
to its junckan (sic) with the Brazous (sic) River Thence up the
Brazous (sic) to the N.E. corner of Said Survey N 67 Thence S 60 W 84
down to the point of Beginning Containing (6 40/100) Six and forty
hundreds Acres of Land
