A. C. Stuart, a prominent civic leader of early 20th century Texarkana. Stuart
served as mayor from 1904 to 1908, and later was President of Two States
Telephone Company.

((1920 - May 11: Texarkana Telephone Co. expands, changes, its name to Two
States Telephone Company. In 1950, the company is acquired by General Telephone
Co. of the southwest. ))
