He was a retired salesman and farmer, member of Plantation Baptist Church, where he was a deacon and a pianist, Bowie Baptist Association and Prison Ministry and a nursing home volunteer. CARRIE WILLIAMS NEW BOSTON, Texas-Carrie Faye "Sis" Williams, 80, of New Boston died Thursday, July 5, 2001, in a local nursing home. Mrs. Williams was born June 20, 1921, in Highway community, Bowie County, Texas. She was a homemaker, a home health provider and a member of Oak Terrace Mission and New Boston First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Williams, in March 1982. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Carroll and Becky Williams of Malta, Texas; two daughters and one son-in-law, Anita and Roger Malone and Anna Brett of Malta; one brother, Decker Kennington of Tyler, Texas; three sisters, Hazel McCright, Velma Hitchcock and Marie Robertson of New Boston; one special nephew, James Leslie Williams of New Boston; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. RUSSELL DILLINGER DeKALB, Texas-Russell Bryce Dillinger, 82, of DeKalb died Thursday, June 28, 2001, in a Mount Pleasant, Texas, nursing home Mr. Dillinger was born Feb. 14, 1919, in Knox City, Mo. He was a retired machinist from Caterpillar Corp., a Methodist and an Army and Navy veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Johnnie L. Dillinger of DeKalb; one son, James B.
